Superior Scientific Glass LLC is a small glass manufacturing company whose goal is to produce quality laboratory glassware at reasonable prices.

Our company was started in February of 2006 by Bruce Pethe a glassblower of thirty-two years. His background in lab glass started in 1974 where he worked on his apprenticeship at Leco Corporation of St. Joseph, Michigan. At Leco Corporation he developed his own skills and learned many more from the senior glassblowers there. In 1986 Bruce left Leco Corporation after twelve years of service to expand his knowledge in the glassware field.

On January of 1987 he was employed by Alpha Resources Inc. Another laboratory equipment manufacturer in Stevensville, Michigan. At Alpha Resources Inc. Bruce oversaw all of the glassware manufacturing for the company. At Alpha Resources Inc. he expanded his knowledge of other glassware products for many different fields.
